As we continue the soulful journey of exploring topics of Sex & Relationships, I’ve been observing more and more people are waking up, breakthroughs are happening and commitments to ourselves and learning to genuinely love others is deepening. Particularly, when it comes to topics of sex and relationships.

Welcome back repeat guest, sex & relationship therapist Susan Wenzel.

A few weeks ago, I put out a call on Facebook asking what people in the Soul Unexpected Community wanted to cover when it came to this specific topic. One of the major requests was to have a conversation around Sex, relationships and trauma.

Susan and I get deep in this conversation. I also want to point out that I myself have not experienced sexual trauma, but do hold empathy and compassion for those who do.

In this episode, we cover…

How to deal with anxiety when it comes to dating after a traumatic experience.

  • Ways survivors can begin or re-learn how to feel safe in their sexuality.
  • How people who are dating survivors can better support their partners.
  • Tips and tricks on ways women can gain or regain a healthy relationship with their Vagina

And so much more!
